In some cases, the required entry for the CorasWorks Charts is not added by SharePoint in the web.config file when the deployment timer job executes. If this occurs, a red X will be displayed in place of a Chart when using a CorasWorks Chart Display. To remedy this issue, open the Installation Manager and click on the Update Web.Config button.
