Overview

The CorasWorks IDIQ Task Order Management v2.1 solution is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that runs on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. The primary modules of the solutions are:

  • IDIQ Management Hub - One place to go to add task orders across IDIQ vehicles and track and manage cross-IDIQ activity
  • IDIQ Vehicle Management Site - Each IDIQ vehicle (Prime or Sub) can have its own management site--customized to specific IDIQ needs--to manage the lifecycle of task orders
  • Task Order Working Site - At the right point, the system will create a separate working site for a task order where you can manage the taskorder response and associated work
  • Partner Portal and Partner Working Sites - Each teaming partner can have its own site where it can respond to task order surveys, enter future opportunities, and engage on proposal response work
  • Proposal Asset Library/Master Data - Central place to maintain master data about partners and proposal resources

  • Auto-provisioning of Task Order Working Sites– Quickly stand up sites for working on individual task orders.
  • Review and Comment Tracking: Review process with comment tracking and disposition on response documents.
  • All Documents Work Management: When working on task order responses, automate the work across multiple document libraries.
  • Central Task Order Entry: All task orders can be entered from the IDIQ Management Hub for any IDIQ Vehicle. Each entry form can be customized for unique requirements.
  • Teaming Partner Management: Manage partners across IDIQs or by IDIQ, each with their own working site.
  • Pinpoint Search and Fetch: Search proposal asset libraries from within taskorder sites and fetch items into the site.
  • Task Management: Create and manage writer tasks and other relatedtasks and activities.
  • Integration with External Systems: Support for two-way integration with CRM (Deltek GovWin, Salesforce, MS CRM), HR, ERP, SharePoint, or any custom or SAAS system.
  • My Work: Enable users to see, contribute, and act on any work assigned to them from across task order response sites.
  • Configurable Reporting: Configurable tabular reports with one click to Print, Excel, PDF, or Word and configurable pivot charts. Reporting at the Vehicle level and cross-vehicle (comparative and aggregated).
  • Supporting Activities: Add supporting activities driven by a task/request framework for any scenario, such as subcontractor administration requests, Organizational Conflict of Interest, and HR staffing requests.
