1. Access the SharePoint Central Administration tool, if it is not already open, and select the Application Management tab near the top of the page.
2. Scroll down to the CorasWorks Central Configuration section and click on Lock-Down Manager.
3. All available web applications are listed. Click the Edit button to the right of the web application where you want to enable Lock-Down.
4. On the next page, place a mark in the Enable Lock-Down checkbox. The page is expanded to show two selection areas that list all available SharePoint groups for the selected web application.
5. The left-hand area shows all available SharePoint groups in the selected web application. Highlight each group that should have access to the Display Wizards and builder wizards in the web application and use the right arrow icon to move the group to the right-hand area. Only the groups shown in the right-hand area will have access to the wizards.
6. Repeat Step 5 for each SharePoint group that should have access to the wizards in the selected web application. When you are finished, click Finish to apply the settings and return to the previous page. The Lock-Down settings are immediately applied to the selected web application.
