The number of levels down from the Root Site identified below to look for additional sites to migrate.
The server where the Design Manager web service is located. This must be identified as a complete address (including the http:// or https:// protocol).
The URL of the highest level site that you wish to migrate. As with the Web Service Server, this must be identified as a complete address (including the http:// or https:// protocol). You will be able to select additional sites and pages below this URL on a later tab.
The URL of the SharePoint site to be used as a template. This should be identified as a complete address (including the http:// or https:// protocol and the page name). The next tab on the user interface allows you to select a different template page if you choose, but the URL identified here is the default template applied.
If you do not identify the full URL with an .aspx page, the Design Manager will default to default.aspx.
