In this part, a customized theme is created within the ThemeRoller site, a special folder name supplied, and downloaded to the local machine.
1. Use the jQueryUI ThemeRoller site: http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/.
2. Within ThemeRoller, select an existing jQueryUI theme from the Gallery as a starter. Pick the theme closest to the goal UI.
3. Use the “Roll Your Own” tab to modify the theme as desired. For additional information, click on the “Help” tab on the left side of the ThemeRoller page.
4. Once the theme is ready for testing, choose to download the theme.
5. On the Download Builder page, switch to the Version 1.10.4 and scroll to the bottom of the page. Look for the “Theme Folder Name” field.
6. In the “Theme Folder Name” field enter the name of your theme. Keep the name short and simple, by not including any spaces or special characters. The display name the users select can/will be longer.
7. Save the theme’s ZIP file to your machine.
