The Global Links Manager provides a simple method to delete one or more global links at a time. Before you delete a global link, please keep these two points in mind:
•The Global Links Manager does not perform any kind of check to see if the link(s) to be deleted are referenced in any CorasWorks display properties.
•Deleting the link will affect all of the properties in all of the displays and builder wizards that reference that link. If a global link is deleted, you may not be aware of it until a user goes to a page and the display or wizard no longer works as expected.
1. Access the Global Links Manager and locate the global link that you want to delete.
2. Click on the Delete icon to the right of the link. The Delete Views page is displayed.
3. The global link that was selected on the previous page is shown in the box to the right. If you want to delete more than one link at a time, you can select additional links from the box on the left and use the arrow icons to move them to the right.
4. When you are ready to proceed, click the Delete button. The selected global links are deleted and you are returned to the Link Selection page.
