The process to create a copy of a global link is a simple one, as described below. When you make a copy of a global link, any edits you make to the new copy do not have any effect on the original global link; there is no connection between the two links.
1. Access the Global Links Manager and locate the global link that you want to copy from the table at the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the Copy icon to the right of the link. The Link Details page is displayed, populated with all available information about the copied link. The Global Link Name is set to “[Copy of Copied Link Name].”
3. Make the necessary changes to any of the properties on the page.
4. Click the Finish button. The copied global link is saved and you are returned to the Link Selection page shown.
