Prior to creating Actions, the Actions Wizard must be activated. To activate, go to the top level site of the Site Collection or Web Application and access the Site Settings. Go into the Site Collection Features and activate the CorasWorks Actions Wizard feature. Once activated, the Actions Wizard will be available in the Site Settings pages of the sub-sites within the Web Application or Site Collection.
