The ribbon bar that is provided is the same used throughout SharePoint 2010. It has not been customized for use within the Application Designer Solution. Although the CorasWorks components do not use the ribbon bar for customization, it is included for use with the SharePoint options. To place the page into edit mode, click on the “Page” link and choose “Edit Page”.
By default, the SharePoint Up To Nav button is disabled. To enable the option, access the Design Canvas, click on the Options button, and enable the “Use SharePoint Up To Nav” option in the Site Options tab. Exit the Options window and click on the Publish button to save.
