Changes to the Forms and Rules impact items included in the Navigation:
•Deleted Forms Widgets will need to be manually removed from the Navigation. If they are not, users will receive an error when the navigation item is selected.
•Modified Forms and Rules will automatically be run by the Navigation and
by the components using them. That is, the Form or Rule will be called via
the Navigation or component, and run using the modifications.
There is one exception…
•Renamed Actions will not automatically be found by the Navigation nor by the components using them. As a result, the Forms Widgets will need to be rebuilt within the Design Canvas and the components using the modified Forms or Rules will need to be pointed to the renamed version.
