Forms & Rules: Manage Forms

This section lists all of the Forms that have been created.  The Form types are:

•      Edit Item: permits the changing of one item in the display.

•      Mass Update: supports the modification of multiple items in the display.

•      New Document: creates a new file within a library.

•      New Item: creates a new item in a list.

•      View Item: shows details on one item within the display.

As noted earlier, only the New Document and the New Item Forms can be added to the Navigation.  These types automatically appear as Widgets, while the others do not.
