1. Access the Central Administration site, then the Application Management page.
2. Scroll down to the CorasWorks Central Configuration section and click on the CorasWorks Help Resource Administration link.
3. Within the administration page, complete the following fields:
• Company Name: Enter your company name into the field.
• Account ID: Enter the Account ID supplied to you by CorasWorks. If you do not know your organization’s ID, please reach out to the CorasWorks Support team at Support@CorasCloud.com.
4. Once the fields have been updated, click on the Update button to apply the ID. When users access the help links within the CorasWorks components, the ID will automatically be applied to their browser.
