CORASCloud Inc. respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at CORASCloud Web site.

Part I. Information Collection

CORASCloud collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors:

Information that you enter in contact forms
Information that you enter when you order

We may also collect referral information which our users divulge about other people. CORASCloud does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information such as where site visitors are visiting us from, how visitors use the site, the general traffic flow, and times visited.

We collect this information through clickstream tracking and automatic logging files. The information is collected involuntarily. To receive our products and services, this information is mandatory to better understand what our customers are most interested in and how best to serve them. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable CORASCloud to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.

Part II. Information Usage

The information collected by CORASCloud will be used for responding to customer requests, contacting customers with offers if they have chosen to be contacted, and to modify our web site and our offerings. Users who provide information will receive email announcements or advertisements.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchase orders.

We may share data with the following third parties: co-marketing partners and credit agencies. These third parties will use the information as follows: for joint marketing or for updating credit files. Users may opt in or opt out of having their information shared with joint partners.

Our solutions and services, open to the public, offers chats, forums or other collaboration formats. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

The CORASCloud services however are private to you and are not open to the public unless you decide to make your site public.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will advise you by email within 30 days.

Part III. Access to Information

CORASCloud maintains the accuracy of our information by maintaining electronic databases. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by sending at email to Info@CORASCloud.com. Users may delete their information from our database by requesting this deletion by sending at email to the above address. You will receive an email confirming the deletion within one week.

If problems arise, users may contact CORASCloud by calling us or sending an email to the above address. We are committed to resolving disputes within 5 business days.
